Leanplum’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is a part of Leanplum’s Master Subscription Agreement. It includes Standard Contractual Clauses, definitions and information required to comply with requirements of both the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
